The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

NEIC has nothing.

NEIC is 'edited'. I've seen events disappear form the display. Most notably some big explosions in Montana, that were speculated to be blasting for shelters for gov't officials. (Near the Cheney ranch).

NEIC routinely eliminates any non-natural seismic events from the site. Like a Stalin enemy, they are simply 'disappeared'...

There are literally hundreds of monitoring stations around the world that pick up seismic waves from all sources. One of the primary purposes of the monitoring is keep track of nuclear explosions, which produce a wave pattern that is easily distinguishable from the waves produced by earthquakes and other non-nuclear sources. If we detonated a hostile nuke underwater off the east coast on or about July 15, 2004 as NEIN claims, then literally hundreds, if not thousands of people around the world are keeping mum, even though this would be one of the biggest news events in the history of mankind, which makes no sense whatsoever given that many of these people "in the know" would be associated with leftest colleges and universities and foreign governments over which we have no control.

these are the real smart guys, not me. However, the article's comparison between the two doubles my certainity that the PAL seismograph was that of an earthquake and not an explosion. Good find.

Severnaya was a Soviet era naval shipyard and naval base, specializing in the construction of Cruisers and Destroyers.

I am sure the sleeper cells think Americans are stupid, ignorant and deserving of demise. Our weak immigration laws and inability to pursue visa abuse along with our country's protection of their "personal rights" (including our inability to profile them) play to their plans for us.

Multiple cities in our country plan to have massive layoffs of police officers due to budget constraints. Wouldn't it serve our country best to re-employ laid off police (who already have security clearances) to check on visas from foreign nationals who have not renewed their visas? Additional personnal could be employed to verify addresses and do investigatory work on those who have the potential to terrorize us. It would be my bet there are terrorist networks in or around most cities having these layoffs.
