I know it is late afternoon on Friday for me to get a good response to this posting, however, I am constantly thinking that the US government should come clean, and admit that they lied to us about the shoulder to air missile that hit the TWA flight 800 in the NYC harbor.
I do appreciate that they lied to protect the flying public from panicking, however, after 9/11, and after the wall to wall public education regarding fanatic Islam, it would not be harmful to day to admit the truth.
Please let me know your views?
Two points: First, Flight 800 was beyond the range of shoulder-fired missiles, and second, it didn't happen in NY harbor. Not to say that Flight 800 wasn't shot down by some kind of missile, but your average SAM or Stinger wasn't up to the job.
And third, why do you post everything, including your vanities, into activism/chapters?
What's the connection in your header about TWA800 and Sandy Berger.
And as much as I think there is reason to believe it was attacked, you're flagellating in the wind. They could never admit it.
You forgot to pick on my spellings!
Negative.
Flight 800 was 2.45 miles up, an FIM-92C stinger can reach 3 miles.
An SA-14/16/18 family missile can reach 3.5 miles as far as is known.
the 9/11 commision were not shown these documents because Berger stole them. If these document were revealed, the comission could have leaked the info to the public. I do understand the reason for keeping this secret AT THAT TIME! However, after 9/11, our ears, and brains are no longer virgin, we can takew it.
NO!!
TWA 800's successful shootdown took place only weeks before DIRT Ex-POTUS' re-election. Acknowledging a terror horror on US soil that close to the balloting wouldn't ensured not only a Xlinton loss, but the end of Democratic rule for a generation.
They HAD to manufacture a myth about "central fuel tanks". That they were able to do this despite hundreds of witnesses terrifies me to this day.
I'll settle for picking on your grammar. Seriously, don't you think you could save the mods some work and not post everything into Activism/Chapters? Or are all of your posts so pressing and important that they belong there?
There is speculation that the secrets that Mr. Burger was sent to scrub was the TWA flight 800 information. There were over 50 eye witnesses to a missle of some type leaveing the earth and striking the aircraft. Also, there were reports that the FAA has a video of radar inmages indicating a missle strike. They even looked at a US Navy ship in the area to find out if it had fired a missle.
Flight 800 was shot down in July. The election was in November. Hardly "a few weeks"
From what I've seen on the internet, the max altitude for the FIM-92C is 12,500 feet. TWA 800 was at 13,800.
There's a surprisingly large contingent of people engaged in delusional wishful thinking that believe the stuff Berger took was chock full of TWA 800 and OKC material.
You're under the mistaken impression that facts matter to the nutters.
I really don't care about all these explanations as far as the distance, these can be lies. All I needed to know is hundreds of American citizens (who have no reason to lie) witnessed a flame going from the water shooting into the sky, and then witnessing an explosion. That tells me the whole story before all the lies, and the cover up from the Clinton Administration and its worthless OK Coral in our media. It is the same damn story with Egypt Air, where the Egyptian government openly FORCED the Clinton Administration to force the NASB to shut up and lie.
When I was in uniform, the max altitude of the C version was listed as 3 miles.
This was back in 1996.
Didn't think to keep the TM on it from my armory.
So9
They are just dillusional. Everyone knows he was after the Vince Foster files.
Yeah, we can't let those inconvenient facts get in the way of our theories, eh?

Fine, you've got a streak of light. That does not mean it was a shoulder-fired missile - instead, it could have been some kind of larger SAM, mounted on a small ship. But if you're going to postulate, you'd best incorporate the facts into your theories.
