Check around with your contacts to see if anyone has the "Silver Membership" to Whois.sc. You will see in the link that they provide a Whois history - so this site may be registered today using Namecheap's WhoisGuard anonymous service, but in the past it wasn't. From what I see, Whois.sc has 53 previous whois records for this site and that could provide some valuable clues about the identity of the owner.
