Maybe it's time for a definition:

• Perhaps over 1,000,000 killed should be named a "Major Catastrophe"
• Anything under 1,000,000 would be a "Minor Catastrophe"

What angers me is that the government knows this crap is going on and refuses to do a damm thing about it.
