Gordon Liddy was on Scarborough last night. He says there are people serving time for making legitimate mistakes with classified documents. Simply leaving documents sitting out in the open inside the national archive is enough to send someone to prison.
The democrats whole defense of Berger seems to be that it was a mistake or an accident. Thats pretty pathetic in itself.

More than pathetic... if we are to take their word for it, a bumbling idiot ran national security for 8 years. And if they are to deny that he is a fool then why exactly did he do it? The Democrats are boxed in. How stupid do they think the public is? Answer: Very very stupid. After all, oral sex isn't sex and perjury about an affair isn't a lie... and the Senate acquitted him?
