The democrats whole defense of Berger seems to be that it was a mistake or an accident. Thats pretty pathetic in itself.

One thing people need to remember-the investigation of TWA 800 was immediately taken over by the FBI. The NTSB, who investigates 100% of civilian air accidents/incidents, was left in the dark and kept attatched to the investigation for show. Clinton's boy, Jim Kallstrom was the cover-up man.
