I am awaiting the news as well. Had too many 'false alarms' to get excited about. I am hoping it was like the radioactive material found here... you didn't hear about it until it was safely back in the US. Hopefully that is the situation here.

This book "Germs: Biological Weapons and America's Secret War" by Judith Miller, William J. Broad, William Broad, and Stephen Engelberg has really scared me. I'm listening to it on CD and it should be required listening to all Americans. (It was on Compact Disc - Abridged, 5 CDs, 5 hrs., November 2001) I got it on the sales table for $6.00. It's worth your time.

Two things...

One, you can't fire missiles from under six meters of concrete in any 45 minutes. It'd take at least an hour. There was NO imminent threat.

Two, It's great to see the caution that conservatives are approaching this story with. Not that it'll do much good. From past experience, you see righties saying "wait and see", and lefties shrieking, "WMD FOUND!!! THERE'S NO WMD!!!"

Then a week later they're saying, "See? Told ya. Can't understand all the fuss."

Reckon we know where the sore spot is, eh?

No. ...But you can detonate them under yourself and the troops that are overrunning you. The military logic is "...if your going to die anyway...take as many with you as you can."

In my book missiles with Nuclear warheads constitutes Weapons of Mass Destruction.

The Bush administration was wrong. The Iraqi's were not six months from having Nuclear weapons, they already had them.

I wonder why Blix didn't find these?
