What did Kerry know, and when did he know it? It is time for a Senate Investigation!
I don't think the Senate should be too concerned about Kerry right now. Let him get the nomination, then let us get through the election before delving further with Kerry. The last thing we want is for Kerry to bite the dust (a la Torricelli) and give the Democrats a chance to replace him before the election.
Actually, unless it could be proven that Kerry knowlingly used the purloined documents in his speeches, I think he would be off the hook.
