Maybe her career will totally tank and she'll end up singing in "Summer Lawn Concerts" that attract a few hundred seniors carrying lawn chairs.

Her career is already in the tank. This let's other performers know we are watching and that if they want to make political statements they should schedule a "Linda Ronstadt Exposes Her Mushy Head" event and not use their performances as a platform for political action, performances on which people are spending good money to be entertained with music and song.

Or better yet, let them market the events as "Linda Ronstadt Sings her Favorites Songs Along With her Political Commentary".
At least then people won't be suckered into paying $50 to be insulted by loud mouthed, arrogant, elitist, idiotic dolts.
What would you say if Moore marketed his film as "A Jaunty Stroll Down Country Music Memory Lane"? To me, it's a bait and switch.

I won't be satisfied until she's doing backup for "Murph and the Magictones" at the Tucson Holiday Inn..

No, that would be way too many Christians and more than a painful dose of Repubs for Linda . . .
