On CNN Berger is being quoted saying that his behavior "violates policy but is not against the law."

OTOH, I can see bill and hillary sending a radioactive Trojan Horse Sandy Berger to cozy up to Kerry, knowing they could make this theft public before November 2. Whether Kerry knew anything about the stolen documents or not would be immaterial, once the clinton machine got cranked up and ready to steamroll.

So if I go to this archive and stuff some documents down my pants, I won't get into any trouble. And if I "inadvertantly" destroy some documents, I won't get into trouble either.

My biggest problem is explaining that putting them in my pants was "inadvertant". The synonym for inadvertant is "accident".

The American people aren't that stupid though Hillary says we are. And Bubba...Well he thinks his impeachment was a badge of honor. So laugh on, Bubba because your legacy is Monica.

I just read on the Fox ticker that 4 documents related to Clinton and 6 related to Bush. My belief is this was to cover Clinton's lack of action and trying to hide Bush's proactive approach. Advantaging Kerry! Why else would an adviser work for no money, unless under the table, stuff in pants, take and destroy classified documents? Kerry stated he never saw classified documents but how would he know what was classified or not, unless he knew they were classified? It's referred to as a double negative, one "can't know" unless they knew. If Kerry was to say,"I don't know if I received classified info from Berger or not" then that is challenging the info, while not accepting or denying the info status, but he didn't say that.
There is one other possibility that Berger is a double agent for Clinton hoping Kerry loses and getting Hillary on the ticket in 08. The way this was done, I wouldn't know how that would work?

Probably in the same place as the Rose Law Firm papers????

We never found out how the 800 or so FBI files got into the White House. I wonder if Sandy... Naw. Couldn't be. I must be getting overly suspicious. - Tom

Kerry DOES care, though, to fool
voters into buying that Bush has
done a poor job on Nat'l Security,
and HE can fix what's wrong. He
gave a speech & issued a policy
paper all about it, w/ lots of
detail on Homeland Security. Of
which one of Burglar's missing
documents largely consists.

"I perceive him as someone who doesn't care about America's security or defense."

If you look at his voting records, you would see he cares - just not the way that would protect the United States and keep us ready.

Speaking of Monsieur Kerry's voting record, if I were a dem (thank the good Lord I'm not!), I would connect the dots between Kerry missing 80 percent of the Senate's votes,
and his current preoccupation with taking time off to vacation while he's running for the most important job in the world as far as power and "the need to know," and it would scare the stuffin' out of me.

IOW, Kerry as president (God forbid!) would be on vacation 80 percent of the time. And in my opinion, he'd do a treacherously poor job the other 20 percent.

Remember Waco -- under a dem president.
