Sandy Berger continued to make numerous appearances on television on behalf of they Kerry campaign despite knowing of an ongoing criminal investigation related to his "mishandling" of classified documents drawn from the National Archives. You can read it just about everywhere else. Where TND gets involved is in tracking appearances on TND shows.
Here is what our records reveal about Berger's appearance since joining the Kerry campaign in an official capacity as national security advisor:
March 8, 2004 - MSNBC's Hardball
March 19, 2004 - CNN"s Lou Dobbs Tonight
April 2, 2004 - CNN's Late Edition (with Henry Kissinger and Brent Scowcroft)
May 24, 2004 - CNN's Judy Woodruff's Inside Politics
June 28, 2004 - MSNBC's Hardball (with Lawrence Eagleburger and Howard Fineman)
I don't see Fox News on his rotation of cable news appearances. I wonder why....
His next appearance should be before the Justice Department..with his second appearance before the parole board...in about 2054.
BOOKMARKED
The Berger statement I just heard on CNN is that what he did is against the rules but not a crime.
Apparently, I can't post this cartoon, but here's the link.

Permanent disbarment coming for Sandyman. And just think, Sandyman probably dreamed of a top-level cabinet position in Lurch's no-win administration.
Oh, and Bill Richardson gave Sandyman some stiff competition in the blood-shot-eyes category.
