Guess Kerry doesn't need him anymore since he can't steal anymore top secret documents. From what I can ascertain, when he started his thefts he was an advisor to Howard Dean.

Interesting. I wonder if at the time he was actually working for Dean or perhaps working within the Dean campaign on behalf of someone else.
