What a Republican Senator said is exactly the point. You said I was getting talking points from the Democrats, but I got my opinion from watching the Republicans on FOX.
It is true I can't remember the Senator. But I remember what I heard. I am watching FOX and if I hear it again I will get the name.
My point is that it was this Senator's phrasing that made me wonder if the Republicans were using the Berger issue to discredit Kerry.
If Republican Senators have the goods, fine; otherwise it will blow back on them.
I am going to wait for the investigating authorities to tell what the documents were that are unaccounted for and where they went.

When a Republican Senator lays out facts, that will constitute some evidence.
Fact 1: Berger stole classified info.
Fact 2: Kerry took info off his website related to the classifed info contained in stolen documents.
Fact 3: Berger admitted theft.
Fact 4: Snapple is providing spin for Berger.
Fact 5: Republicans don't have to use Berger to discredit Kerry. Kerry is discredited by associating with a thief of classified material. Kerry is discredited by using classified material stolen by Berger.
Fact 6: Smells like a troll, sounds like a troll, looks like a troll.
Fact 7: You aren't a Republican or you wouldn't say this would blow back on "them".
