Wow! I tuned to CNN to see how they were handling this at the top of the hour. It was their first story. They showed the Hastert quote vs. Daschle's "give him the benefit of the doubt" and "the timing of this leak is very suspicious."
But the CNN reporter said that these missing documents are the highest level of classification, "code-numbered documents" that are higher than the "Q-classifiction" documents. For these to be missing is very, very serious. I think that it's been kept quiet by the FBI, not to cover up, but to make Sandy crack and admit who he gave these documents to. It simply doesn't wash that he took top,top secret documents, at least twice, and then lost them.

I wanna hear and see Berger squeal like a stuck pig. Hopefully there will be more than just him who is indicted.

Al Qaeda was allowed to build up in the Balkans a central logistical base for operations in Europe, from which the Hamburg cell later derived back-up for plotting the 9/11 attacks against America.

Is this a theory or a known fact? If the latter, I don't think it is known by many.

Yeah, but this IS Debka...

If it hadn't appeared in a number of other sources I wouldn't have even clicked on it.

So was he purposefully caught as a general plot to insure a Kerry loss thru association? How does one stuff things in their socks inadvertantly?

Keep in mind that this is from DEBKA which has proven itself wrong more often than right. However, Destro might be be interested in this tidbit.

What I want to know is whether MMM will now make a Post-it note dispenser in the form of a bobble-head Sandy Berger doll with the pieces of paper apparently coming out of his pants. Seems like a natural, sign me up.

Said the same on another thread. Never count the Clintons out. This is right up their alley. The tipoff will be if and how often the press mentions the Kerry connection.

I heard the story this morning and everyone was talking about the documents being shoved in his PANTS,

Now I hop on FR this afternoon and everyone is talking about SOCKS.

Which is it, pants, socks, or both. I read someone denied he shoved them in his socks, does that mean he DID shove them in the pants?

Maybe he's dyslexic? Clinton's note told him to "Put a sock in it" not "Put it in your sock!"......He also put things down his pants and jacket. I wonder, did the FBI tell him to "Take off your pants and jacket."???
