Berger and his lawyer said Monday night he knowingly removed the handwritten notes by placing them in his jacket, pants and socks, and also inadvertently took copies of actual classified documents in a leather portfolio.
What I get from this is that Berger thought he was stealing the only copies of the documents he took but the Archivists outfoxed him by giving him marked copies because they had discovered him stealing stuff on prior visits.
that means he was systematically destroying the contents of the National Archives for clinton's benefit.
You see, Berger has a Classified Document Fetish. Imagine how embarrassing it was for the poor National Archives security guard when she saw Berger leaving the reading room while having an obvious physical reaction to being in direct contact with the object of his fetish. She wasn't about to stop and question him while he was in THAT condition.
Thank you for clearing that up.

If anyone questions the "timing" of this information, simply point out that Berger-Clinton-Kerry could have confessed any time in the last several months that he was caught smuggling the classified documents out of the National Archives. The ball was in their court the entire time.
Thanks for the apology. As you pointed out, the Fox article referred to pants, but not underwear. Pants have pockets, of course.

The underwear is the socks! My initial statement was intentionally missleading. Since socks are worn under shoes thay are technically underware. But you did not seem aware of the pants either. Other reports had him stuffing them down his pants and pants legs. This was observed after being watched after he was suspected of doing this before.
