That's what the Wilson tall tale has always been. The Big Lie designed to bring down President Bush.
I wouldn't be surprised to see some documents relating to him in there...after all, 1999 was the year some of these docs were from and that's the year of Wilson's first trip to Niger...(the preceding mere speculation, more like wishful thinking on my part and completely baseless).
