Bush, Rove and company understand that people don't start paying attention to presidential contests until the conventions are over. The time before that is just jockeying for position.
I have a feeling that this will not be the only shoe to drop. I am sure Bush has some other "October surprise" stuff to drop before the election.
He knows Kerry will.

I don't think so. I think 'Bergler' as Rush calls him, will get slapped with some penalties, but whether that includes a jail term, God only knows. Just remember that Hill and Bill still have copies of all those republican raw data FBI files. That's why republicans tiptoe around the RATS.
