Sandy Berger Hires Clinton Lawyer Lanny Breuer, Contacts Prosecutors..'willing to cooperate'

Sandy Berger has met much of the day with attorneys.

Among those he has hired is former Clinton administration lawyer Lanny Breuer.

Sources say Breuer has been in contact with prosecutors.

Sources also say Berger is stressing a willingness to cooperate, but investigators have not yet asked to speak with him.

Mr. Berger serves as an informal advisor to Senator John Kerry on national security matters.

I think someone knows the ending of this already, just like they knew (IMHO)about Monica's dress early on. I have a feeling that Berger himself got this out to protect his body and soul.

There's more to this story than the liberal media is willing to investigate. They need a Deep Throat to get at teh truth. I'm betting that the Kerry campaign is behind it. Kerry had a bigger incentive than Clinton to doctor the record in order to make Bush look bad.

- In reviewing Clintoon's fairytale, "My Lies" Mark Stein referred to the fact that while there were thousands of FOB's, it was amazing how many were either dead, in jail or drowning in legal bills. Sandy Burgler can now be added to the list. Which category he eventually winds up in depends on how much he knows.

PS - As an aside, I think that with the timing of the release of this information, Dubya has just raised and called the Dems in the poker hand of politics. When the going gets tough, the tough get mean.
