Truth is; it cannot be 'inadvertant'. Period.

And if he claims 'accidental'; he should be charged with leaving the scene; and failure to report the 'accident' as soon as he realized it.

I mean; I am sure, that Berger does not wear his shoes to bed. Nor his pants; for that matter.

And I believe; it was Berger that was notified of the accident; not Berger reporting it.

It is my understanding that it was 'note cards' with info on the classified Docs that he put in his clothing (jacket, pants & socks) ....not the actual Documents.

However, one is not allowed to make notes (in other words make hand written copies) of such highly classified documents and take them out of the Archives.
