Fox just reported that not only did Sandy Berger conceal documents in his jacket and pants but also stuffed them in his socks. WOW!
Perhaps, getting elderly, Berger was mixing up some habitual actions, such as stuffing his pants with socks.

OK now we have a clear indication that this was a conscious act.
I really want to know who at the archives called Bruce Lindsey and why... That smells of a conspiracy and Lindsey was always at the center of such activities at the Clinton White House. Nail Lindsey by coming down hard on the person who called him and on Berger... make Berger flip with prison time (he ain't no Gordon Liddy)... make the person flip who called Lindsey and then put Lindsey in the hot seat... "I can't recall" just won't cut it with Ashcroft over something like this, especially for Berger and the Lindsey caller.

Come on............I always put classified material, absentmindedly of course, or when I am NOT thinking and often inadvertently, in my socks. That way when I am leaving I will be reminded that I am in possession of classified material every time I take a step towards the exit!!

I have no idea where he is appearing. But on a show ealier he did say that the stuffing of documents in your shirt and pants is "more innocent than it appears."

It is known that Sandy Berger did this deed at the request of Bill Clinton. If AG Ashcroft follows the letter of the law Bill Clinton will also be charged but obviously conviction is another matter. Wouldn't it be great to finally see the king of slime and his underlings behind bars?

They must have it on video tape. Otherwise, Berger would be employing the Clinton defense, DENY, DENY, DENY!!!

CNN has been reporting that Sandy Berger stuffed Documents in his socks for the past two hours.
Well, as soon as somebody upstairs wakes up THAT sort of silly behavior will stop!
Hell, they'll probably even do a retraction before Aaron Brown comes on tonight.
