An interesting snip from the WashPost article this morning. (Note: the article is buried inside the paper AND is obviously written from interview with Berger's atty. AND the headline says he "inadvertently" removed the docs.)
One or more missing versions of the 15-page memo could not be located among Berger's possessions, and he thinks he probably discarded the papers, Breuer said.
15 pages?!!!
