National Archives employees told agents they believed they saw Berger place documents in his clothing while reading sensitive Clinton administration papers and that some documents were missing, officials said.

If this happened in October and he claims he returned them within a week and is cooperating, WHY is this STILL being investigated?
Why hasn't the FBI or any prosecutor spoken with him?
What could be taking this long?

My guess is that it is part of an investigation that reaches far beyond what we know tonight.
If you ask me, it seems the clinton administration has always had a documentation problem. That problem has extended into just about every government agency DOJ, FBI, NSA, and the National archives just to name a few off the top of my head.
IMHO, if that is the case, then that is quite a few mountains of documents to sort through to figure out what has been altered or is missing -- far more than Enron and that was called a complicated case.
It is only an educated guess...

This was released by friendlies following the vicious personal attack on the president today by Clelland Yeah, and on a day Kerry is "on vacation". I wonder if they knew this was coming and wanted Kerry to keep his head down for a few days.

This is absolute HUGE!!
The Dems have quite the scandal on their hands. Berger should be going to prison for this, no doubt.
We are to believe he "accidently" stole classified documents, and THEN he "accidently" lost some of them??
Sorry, but I'm not buying that bridge. This is a coverup, and we better DEMAND that the focus be kept on this issue until we see him in an orange jump suit!
