All these 'harms' could have been averted with the proper planning. There is no legitimate tax reason for putting their house in one name. You buy property as joint tenants and you don't have to worry about a will holding up in court. And he could of been cremated if he had it in a proper will.
It's OUR fault that both were too stupid to get good legal advice????
