Leave it to the Democrats to be on the side of a dishonorably discharged convicted RAPIST,Marine who complained that HARD LABOR meant putting cell phones together. This country's LEFT has gone utterly insane.

In Louisiana it would have been automatic death penalty if convicted.

To that scumbag who got sentenced in Japan, did his time, was released, and now whines:

Cry me a friggin river. I don't know what kind of PTSD one get's from assembling Toyota parts, but I do know how scarred and ruined for life (she probably can't even get married), the little 12 year old girl was after what those 3 American animals did to her. He's lucky he did not get shot. At least, 50 years ago in the states, he would have been given the gallows.

He should count is blessings down there in Georgia.

You said: Don't you know that 50,00 felons were denied the right to vote in Floriday in 2000? The dems were very unhappy with that.

Does anyone find it funny that the dems assume that felons would tend to vote democrat? Otherwise, why would they be concerned about this issue? This says a lot about the dems.

That would in fact, make a great quote:

"PRISON, SHOULD BE SUCH, THAT ONE WOULD NEVER WANT TO SPEND A SECOND TIME THERE"

How we need this enforced in all penal institutions in the United States (where currently 2% of our US population resides, many of them on their third or fourth stay there!).

Remember, it was that PIECE OF S... who now whines from his home in Georgia, that JESSE JACKSON tried to release, when he flew to Tokyo in 1995, crying and pleading with then US Ambassador to Japan Mondale...then Jackson had the nerve to play the "R" word, when neither Mondale nor the Japanese would do anything to forestall justice for those three scumbags.

I can't believe this came from Stars & Stripes. I would have bet salon.com or 60 minutes.

S&S is now a left-wing POS rag. I worked there and saw the transformation. The GM of the Euro div is a flaming homo anti-smoking nazi and most of the staff are left-wing America haters. They don't complain about the American paycheck or tax-free $25,000 a year housing allowance, though.

The punk SOB was learning a trade.

That little girl will NEVER forget what he did to her.

The BASTARDS should STILL be in Leavenworth.

Plus the fact that the rapist was black pissed off the Japanese even more. The Japanese see white Americans as inferior to them and blacks even worse.

I strongly suspect that the difference between things that Kennedy has done and things that some GOP'ers have done is that Kennedy made the papers and they didn't, because their name wasn't Kennedy and wouldn't sell papers. As far as Clinton goes, all we have on him regarding rape is a "he said/she said" allegation that has never led to an arrest, never mind a conviction. I hold no brief for the morals of either man; I find them deplorable. But only God knows if they've raped or murdered, not man.

"PRISON, SHOULD BE SUCH, THAT ONE WOULD NEVER WANT TO SPEND A SECOND TIME THERE"

When I was a kid, about 5 or 6, (back in 1958 or thereabouts), my 8 and 10 year old brother and I vandalized a house under construction. The studs and exterior sheathing was up, but not the drywall. We spread some roofing tar we found around the inside. I think we may have broken a window.

It was a small town, and people figured out who did it. A couple of the local cops showed up at the front door, confronted us, and told mom and dad what had happened. Mom said, "Well, I guess you've got to take them away." Off we went in the squad car to the station, where we were tossed into the holding cell and locked up for a couple of hours. Scared the piss out of us. Never did anything like that again. I supposed these days most surburban kids' parents would hire a lawyer and sue for injuring our self-esteem and violating our civil rights without due process, but thankfully my parents were of sterner stuff. My guess is that the cops called up first and arranged this.

Yep. That kinda stuff.

And, you are right about the kids of today...or perhaps more importantly, the PARENTS of kids today.

The old "never in a million years would MY kid do such and such.." is probably more prevalent by at least 10 times these days than years ago....

Prisoners should be earning their keep. We waste a hundred billion a year on our 2 million prisoners.

We should be taking advantage of NAFTA and sub contracting the incarceration of long term violent felons to Mexico. They could get the job done for about 25% of the cost and wouldn't bother listening to the ACLU about prisoner privelege.

Wow, that's an interesting idea.

Agreed. Furthermore, in this particular case, the whining piece of subhuman debris should be singing praises to his captors because his punishment didn't include extremely slow castration and a rusty sawblade.

Don't get me wrong I think prisoners should be working 18 hour days , hard labor 7 days a week for the city, county state they broke laws in as paying their "debt to society" per se....... My post was regarding what I thought/think is private business using American prison inmates as was Japan using the POS rapist .

I'm a big fan of Joe Arpaio the AZ Sheriff who makes jail so bad of an experience that criminals take their trade and skills somewhere else ......

GUESS WHO HE WILL VOTE FOR FOR PRESIDENT-----

Yeah, my idea was that he should be let out
of the Japanese prison, and put into an American one, forced to assemble JOHN KERRY FOR PRESIDENT signs
