There is no such thing as "immoral"; rape is frowned on because it is not consensual but rape fantasies are perfectly fine. The Sex Positive Agenda sees abstinence as a "bad thing" because it is the supression of the sex drive.
The hedonists will do nothing to improve health (mental or biological).

Aaaaargh ! We've already spent billions on research, treatments and politically correct education about this "illness". This "illness" is a virus and we've never cured a virus. OTOH, abstinence cost nothing and is a sure fire method of eradicating this "illness" in a generation. 25 million Iraqis are now free of the deadly scourge of Saddam and his henchmen. 25 million more in Afghanistan are free of the deadly Taliban mullahs. Between the two, a beacon of hope for the future now shines where fear and oppression once reigned. I'd say that is a pretty good value for our money.
