I think that you are right that that is what she was talking about--using the odd calculation of starting at the LMP instead of at conception. I was thinking eight weeks of development, which would be Stage 22 on your chart.

I'm a bit confused by your question, though, since you seem to suggest that your answer is that it is not OK, but you wrote in your original post that "Once the fetus attains all human being characteristics it qualifies as a human being to me."
