Good question, but wither they're being real quiet or the Press isn't reporting the all the help they're giving in tracking down or pulling support from the bad guys. All I keep hearing is "Terrorism is bad but...." and even that isn't very forceful.
How do we deal with that many enemies?
Get the radicals before they get us and keep a close eye on the others. Sorry, but I haven't seen anything to make me trust someone who practices Islam.
How do we do that?
Terminate them with extreme prejudice? Anywhere on Earth? A global Phoenix Program?
If only 1% of 1.2 billion are radicals, that's still 12 million wet jobs.
