Terminate them with extreme prejudice? Anywhere on Earth? A global Phoenix Program? Follow the money. The radical madrases schools would fold tomorrow, and the radical imams get jobs driving taxis, if wealthy Muslims stopped tossing money at them.
A few targeted assassinations of the biggest bankrollers (without regard to their prominence) would shut down the radical rhetoric in a week.
