Whoop-asse got canned. (pun intended)

Martha Stwart, convicted criminal & prison inmate has been retained by K-mart. That is fine, that is their perogative, but it is also my perogative to stay our of K-Mart and not give them my business, which i will do so as not to condone criminals, or their employers.

"SlimFast must realize that black women have every right to voice their views.”

Jeez, what a dumbass. I wonder if I do a GOOGLE search if I will come up with anything indicating that SlimFast has ever, however remotely, expressed any view, that black women have no rights to voice their views.

Good article J.

The comparison is simply ignorant. Whoopie wasn's herded ANYWHERE! She was at a function where she expressed herself freely with no one attempting to censor her. There were, after the fact, repercussions. And President Bush had no involvement in the repercussions. Now go back to sleep.

He stated that “I smell racism from beginning to end. . . . SlimFast must realize that black women have every right to voice their views.”

Kahlif must be assuming all black women agree with Whoopi and nary a one wrote a letter of protest about her disgusting tirade. How racist of him!
Or does he think only vulgar liberal celebrity black women ought to be heard, but not the traitorous black women who might disagree with liberal celebrities and voice complaints?

Thanks for your comments, guys! It's going to take me a WHILE to go through them all and respond :)

In the meantime... if only I could find somewhere to get this published in print to give her a PUBLIC whooping!

I also wrote them a thank you for all Americans and I wrote them last week about Ms. Goldberg's more than vulgar indiscretions. Here is a number to call Slim-Fast: 561.833.9920

Spend a few pennies and let them know we care about the action they took.

This is really funny when you think how the press took Vice President Cheney’s private remark to that senator whatshisname...............

Too bad the smart crowd is SO STUPID.

I've already decided when it's my time to protest... and I know it's coming ... one sign I am going to carry will say:

It's grassroots, stupid!
And we are EXTREMEly contagious!

Actually Slim-Fast is owned by a Dutch company.

But either SF itself or their top guy her has donated 1.2 Million to Democrats.

Plus I have not seen a "real" apology, but they may have made another one besides the first one that said the are sorry if some were offended.

They tried to get Florida Orange Juice to stop sponsoring the Rush Limbaugh show, thinking they could do a repeat of the Anita Bryant episode.

Yup, Duhbya never did this. I'm wrong and the comparison is ignorant.

But if I'm all of this, then what does that make all of you?

Read on:

“Free-Speech Zone” - The administration quarantines dissent.

...When Bush travels around the United States, the Secret Service visits the location ahead of time and orders local police to set up “free speech zones” or “protest zones” where people opposed to Bush policies (and sometimes sign-carrying supporters) are quarantined. These zones routinely succeed in keeping protesters out of presidential sight and outside the view of media covering the event.

When Bush came to the Pittsburgh area on Labor Day 2002, 65-year-old retired steel worker Bill Neel was there to greet him with a sign proclaiming, “The Bush family must surely love the poor, they made so many of us.” The local police, at the Secret Service’s behest, set up a “designated free-speech zone” on a baseball field surrounded by a chain-link fence a third of a mile from the location of Bush’s speech. The police cleared the path of the motorcade of all critical signs, though folks with pro-Bush signs were permitted to line the president’s path. Neel refused to go to the designated area and was arrested for disorderly conduct; the police also confiscated his sign. Neel later commented, “As far as I’m concerned, the whole country is a free speech zone. If the Bush administration has its way, anyone who criticizes them will be out of sight and out of mind.”...

If you want more proof, simply dial up google.com and search on the words "Free speech zone, George W. Bush" and read to your heart's content about what George W. Bush isn't doing to dissenting voices.

Maybe it's time you pulled your head out of your own spider hole long enough to take a look at what's really going on around you.

Back-stabbing troll, indeed.

Well, the race-baiters are out in force. Now it is just a matter of time until Jesse Jackson is marching, with his trademarked grim expression, on Slim-Fast headquarters.

Jesse's mantra for the 2000 election was "Stay out the Bushes!" Wonder if he'll be using that one again this year.
