Ann taking on Joe Wilson is an awfully one-sided match.
Somehow, these revelations have failed to make much of a ripple in the lamestream media.

I LOVE YOU, ANNIE COULTER!!!!
----alas, she doesn't even know I exist.
But if she's reading this, please respond:
Annie dear, I know great minds think alike, but
in one of the final chapters of TREASON,on the first page of that chapter, you make a statement about 9/11 that reads almost EXAcTLY like something I wrote on FR many months before the book even came out or I was even aware of its imminent publication, let alone any of its contents. Could this be a co-inkydink, Annie, or do you owe me money?
This was the second example of a curious syndrome: I made a statement to my bitter-end Liberal in-laws a few weeks before Clinton was inaugurated for his FIRST term ( this was nearly 12 years ago.) I said Clinton wanted to launch the entire country on a national 12-step program. Probably 4 or 5 years later, I heard Laura Ingraham make the exact same comment. Now, I know Laura couldn't have heard me in my in-law's room at the Empire Hotel in NYC, but...I dunno, maybe it's something about me and blonde conservative chickies........

Holy heck! I've seen Ann be somewhat nasty before, but this practically has smoke rising from it!
Can't think of a better subject for it.

" Merely being an ass shouldn't cause many problems for the country except that: One political party embraced the ass. "
My favorite line ping. There is a triple pun on "ass" here; can you find all three?
As far as the confusing line, it does not say George Tenet sent him--it says George is not his wife. Wilson says he was not sent by his wife. She says this clears it up for those who thought George Tenet was his wife; ie that George Tenet sent him. But that is what these supposed people think. This doesn't mean that is what Ann thinks or wants us to think. Ann is on a humorous riff and is making fun of Wilson's irrelevant statement--which is contradicted by his wife.

Ann at her best! ... "Wilson have, thus far, managed to avoid treason. Merely being an ass shouldn't cause many problems for the country except that: One political party embraced the ass."

Thanks to Ann for her facts and wit. A classic.

In yet another testament to the wisdom of the market, all Wilson's "jobs" seem to be unpaid.Nice zinger!
Way to lop off his head Ann.
Didn't '60 minutes' do a segment on Joe Wilson and the Bush lied angle? If so, I'm sure they'll be running a retraction very soon.
Or I could die of old age first. One of the two.

Well, when on the Saudi payroll, ala Joe Wilson's "employment" at the Middle East Institute, needing more money generally isn't a problem - is it?

Best line...
One political party embraced the ass.Yeah... and after yesterday's vote, I'd say in more ways than one.
