One of my best friends in the world is a charter boat skipper.
While Kerry was between wives, he chartered my buddy's boat in Antigua and his woman of the moment and another couple spent a week enjoying the Caribbean.
After their week on board, Kerry walked off the vessel without leaving a tip for the captain and the crew.
By the way, it is common and usual practice to tip the master and crew of charter sailing vessels and with all this breeding Kerry knew that.
He is notorious in Boston for being a cheap pr*ck.

"After their week on board, Kerry walked off the vessel without leaving a tip for the captain and the crew." When I was a deckhand on charter boats, we were counting on $1 per head per day in tips so we could make the rent on the trailer.
