Here he will probably refuse to give you the photo you requested. When he does, you will have to put your foot down and insist on it. Remember: You're the one with the money (so he thinks), so he should be following your instructions.

Funny thing is I thought I had lost him by going over the top. Greed will be his downfall. I have to devise a clever way to get him to send me money.
