I'm only sorry that this man was stopped before he had the opportunity to permanantly rid the world of this monster.

I agree, the guy is a hero to those other victims. What are the odds....

No, that's the proper way to dispose of child molesters.

Yeahh- who would have thought that the victim of rape would be placed in the same cell as his attacker... You don't think the guards knew this and helped along a little jailhouse justice?
nahhh.... it is just a happy coincidence

Way To Go Florida Judge for making a little sence our of this mess. Its good to see that he wasn't prosecuted for his little act of revenge.

He's luck he's still alive. If it had been me, I would have ripped his head off and you can figure out the rest.

Gotta wonder if the prison authorities put these two men in the same cell for a reason.
Helluva difference when a pedophile meets the 10 year old he abused and preyed upon, as a 23 year old man, with nothing much to lose.
I'm glad this guy got off without charges.
I'm just sorry he didn't kill the bastard who abused him as a child.

No way if the guards had really known what the deal was the monster would have been killed.

An inmate who was mistakenly put in a jail cell with a man who had raped and choked him as a child will not be prosecuted for beating the molester. If anyone out there thinks the guards put him in there by mistake, please FReepmail me. I have a number of exciting business propositions for you. They include, but are not limited to -
Lovely beachfront property in Kansas.
Nigerian banking and investment opportunities
Michael Moore's secret dieting and exercise program
And much, much more!

No Prosecution for Prisoner Who Beat His Childhood Rapist This is outrageous! No awards ceremony? No plaque from the mayor? No bounty or other payment? Tsk tsk, I hope that he at least he knows the rest of us appreciate him for his actions.

What a happy coincidence. Justice was almost served. I hope they'll be able to get together again when he finishes his time in prison. Sounds like the two of them still have some "issues" to sort out.

Three mental health experts who testified on Flores' behalf at his sentencing said the counseling he received after being raped was inadequate. I see their point. One would think he would have received adequate counseling on how to kill the perp.

Geez! Talk about justice!
To: The Libertarian Dude
Maybe that should be a new affirmative defense to a murder charge--if the defendant can prove that the deceased molested him/her when he/she was a child.
