This might be big! If he truly is in custody, and surrendered of his own volition, there had to be a deal beforehand...
Might he know exactly where Osama is??
No doubt Karl Rove is in an "undisclosed location" supervising removing Osama from the dialasis machine and getting him ready to fly to Afghanistan for the "live" perp-walk...

Saudi officials arrested this guy in Tehran??? Saudis offered amnesty for 30 days, clock is running down. Thought it would be only in Saudiland, but looks like they can surrender anywhere.

Everybody's missing an important word in this story -- he "surrendered". Maybe it means nothing, particularly if he was surrounded and had no choice.
But if he turned himself in without anyone forcing him, this could be a clue that there are serious misgivings at AQ HQ about how things are going...
