I remeber "My Buddy" he was always the victim of a mugging or two with a baseball bat in my neighbourhood...when we got bigger the poor tike was a popular archery target and eventually had a "fireworks" accident...

my brother's kids just ignored them. the younger one played with his one time, IIRC.
