Boy, do they hate Cheney. Actually, that should be, "are they scared of" Cheney. There's a concerted attack going on to get rid of him.

Mr. Cheney's Troubled Doctor (NY Times calls for Cheney and Kerry to release medical records)

The wailing liberal Eleanor Cliff (sp?) on the McLauglin Group show said
that this doctor was a good physician with personal problems.

(I can't recall if he'd been Cliff's doctor, or if she was just saying that
from the opinions of other patients)

Did the NY Times EVER demand Bill Clinton (candidate or President) should release his medical records? They never were.

Here we go again. It's like the lefties play musical chairs. They must have a calendar with names they are going to go after in a concerted effort that particular day.

I am sure this is a DNC talking point. I wonder if they go in alphabetical order as to whose turn it is?

They are pathetic.

The vice president must put aside his obsession with secrecy and finally offer a detailed report on his medical history. For that matter, so should Senator John Kerry, who has not yet fulfilled promises to release his own records.

Sure can tell this "For that matter..." is a reluctant afterthought for the record.

Prostate Surgery Goes Smoothly for US Senator John Kerry

BALTIMORE Feb 12, 2003 (Reuters) - Democratic presidential hopeful John Kerry underwent successful surgery to remove his cancerous prostate on Wednesday, with his doctor saying he should be able to return to the campaign trail soon.

"The bottom line is everything went well," said Dr. Patrick Walsh, chief urologist at Johns Hopkins Hospital. "He can't hurt anything by returning relatively early."

The Massachusetts senator is one of six Democrats seeking the party's nomination to challenge President Bush in 2004. He revealed the cancer diagnosis on Tuesday and said he was confident he could resume campaigning quickly.

Walsh said the two-hour operation went "by the book" and the cancer had not spread, eliminating any need for radiation therapy. "It looked like it was all beautifully contained," he told reporters.

Prostate cancer is the second-biggest cancer killer of men in the United States. The American Cancer Society estimates that 220,000 new cases of prostate cancer will be diagnosed in 2003 and nearly 30,000 will die from it.

But recovery from early stage, localized prostate cancer is common and quick, Walsh said, with most sufferers "able to do most of the things they need to do immediately."

Walsh said on Tuesday Kerry had a 95% chance of being cancer-free in 10 years.

The Slimes had little interest in medical records when the impeached one refused to release his.

This is an attempt at distraction. The libs raise the questions about his health as an effort to distract from more relevant issues and try to force Bush/Cheney to explain or waste their time on this.

The media, knowing this shell game quite well, plays along because inquiring minds want to know.
