It doesn't need to get close to the Fleet Center...It needs to get close to a hotel

The Mass Turnpike and railroad lines travel directly under Copley Place where many of the hotels are located - Westin, Marriot, Sheraton, Copley Plaza, Park Plaza and where the Hancock Tower and Prudential Tower are located. hmmm...with an LNG tanker you don't even have to be close to anything, just within a mile or two.
