Isakson does have lots of corporate money, name the recognition, and the backing of the country-club Republicans, but he is deluding himself if he thinks he is working as hard as Herman Cain. Cain is in the middle of a 52-county-in-8-day tour. And Cain has the message, the momentum, and the enthusiam.

Hmmm me thinks he protest too much. If you ARE working hard, then why feel the need to mention it? I wonder.

Can Cain win the general election?

Yes. If he can beat Isaksen in the primary, Cain WILL win the general.

Opinion polls in a primary are hardly worth a pitcher of warm spit.

They're consistently 10-15 points off.

Now if'n we only had a poll to apply those numbers to we'd have an indication........

Supposedly the AJC had commissioned a Senate primary poll and the results were supposed to be released yesterday, Sunday splash and all.
The results haven't been released, it either says:

1. Cain is closer to Isakson than AJC wants to release (since they (AJC) endorsed Isakson)
2. Cain is so far behind that releasing it is meaningless to the results and is a non-story.

Well, trust me, that's not it.
