Woman arrested after flashing prosecutor
by The Associated Press
LOGAN, W.Va. (AP) - A woman is behind bars for baring
her breasts at a passing motorist - the Logan County
prosecutor.
Wytona Mollohan, 38, of Whitman, is serving a 90-day
sentence at the Southwestern Regional Jail in Holden
after pleading guilty to indecent exposure in last
week's incident.
Prosecuting Attorney Brian Abraham said he was driving
from work to a gym June 30 when he passed Mollohan
and another woman standing along a county road in
the Cora area.
"As I drove by the woman pulled her shirt up almost over
her head," exposing her breasts, Abraham said
Wednesday.
Abraham said he turned the car around and called the
police as he drove back.

Did I say 30 days? I meant 90 days. Geez, what a travesty... and there are actually people here who would defend this! Amazing...

It's illegal to jaywalk too, but cops, believe it or not, don't actually ticket every jaywalker that they see. It's illegal to drive 1 mile over the speed limit, but again, that doesn't mean that everyone who drives one mile over the limit should be busted. These things didn't used to be so "accepted". At one time people really did get tickets for jaywalking.
You'll have to forgive me if I'm one of the people who would rather not see public nudity become just as accepted.

Apparently he's not a fan of "Whip 'em out Wednesdays".
Apparently, he never heard, or forgot the other mantra...
"Walk it off...DEEK!"
Why do I get the feeling this "prosecutor" likes "b-b-b-b-b-boys"?

I don't agree. At no time, did cops ever give tickets to every single jaywalker they saw. At no time were cops consistently giving tickets for going 1 mile over the speed limit. Cops and prosecutors have ALWAYS had to exercise discretion. To say that it always hasn't been such is disingenuous. The idea that just because a crime is on the books means that it always has to be prosecuted is clearly wrong and not followed by any law enforcement agency in the country.
Apparently, you feel that a 90-day sentence for this crime is warranted and isn't a complete waste of time and money that could better be spent elsewhere. I would venture to say that most of us here don't.

Why must they work so hard to discourage this activity?

Apparently, you feel that a 90-day sentence for this crime is warranted and isn't a complete waste of time and money that could better be spent elsewhere. I think you get the crime you accept. It is a crime. It is prosecutable. It is a violation of public decency. It isn't a waste of time any more than prosecuting pot or porn.
I would venture to say that most of us here don't.
I would venture to say you don't speak for as many as you think.

What does this mean?
It is a crime. It is prosecutable.
As I mentioned before, not all crimes that are committed are prosecuted. Cops and prosecutors have discretion to decide which crimes they will go after. You don't deny this, do you?
It is a violation of public decency. It isn't a waste of time any more than prosecuting pot or porn.
Is it more of a waste of time than prosecuting jaywalkers or those who drive one mile over the speed limit? I notice that as soon as I mentioned prosecutorial discretion, you made the leap from jaywalking and speeding to pot and porn. What happened to jaywalking? Incidentally, most porn in this country is legal.
I would venture to say you don't speak for as many as you think.
You may be right, but if the comments that have been posted on this thread are any indication, I doubt it it...

No I'm still Free, (sort of Free) and I still have my kids until they return to Public (Big Government Indoctrination Program) School. The place where they learn that Government is GOOD, Individualism is BAD, (Individuals are just too stupid, we need more LAWS more RULES), more Laws are GOOD, Freedom is BAD, Outlaw all Guns, Don't protect yourself - Dial 911
Protect your neighbor, if you see him not wearing a seatbelt - Dial 911 (It's for his own good)

So wouldn't that mean the other half are men?

I meant it's too late... you've already reproduced. Given your childish ranting, I shudder at the thought.
Seriously, you're talking police state, I'm talking about public decency and long-standing, American-traditional values. Get a grip.
