Since Mr. Kerry states without reservation that "life begins at conception," then that "life" is nothing less than a separate and unique human being, a person temporarily "residing" within the womb of a female.

That being the case, a President is sworn to uphold the covenants of the U.S. Constitution.

Amendment V

"No person shall...be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;"

Also that separate and unique person is entitled to the same right, "retained by the people," the right to privacty, guaranteed in Amendment IX, that the female temporarily gestating that fetus is entitled to.

An abortion of that separate and unique person violates both covenants of the constitution stated above, which a President is sworn to uphold.
