11th-15th Europe due to expiration of the "truce". Your guess is as good as mine re. US. The fact that Ridge cancelled his trip to Israel is looming large due to the reasons given.
I thought I had read somewhere that the quran mentions a grace period after the expiration of a truce. Lemme check.
The next full moon is on the 31st, and I believe that day is also special to the goblins.
