Massive explosion at oil refinery just south of St. Paul, MN. Supposedly a lightning strike. I've driven by there many times and they have lots of lightning rods. Of course it is still possible that it was a lightning strike, but it seems awfully strange -- never been one that damaged anything there before. I just went and gassed up. I expect that will directly impact our gas prices here soon.
How strange. I just searched the news and there's nothing on about the explosion. I know it happened because friends (several, in different cars) drove by it
I guess the St. Paul refinery fire happened early in the morning.

Is he near the refinery that is burning?
