Did you see the pic before it disappeared? I have it on my hard drive. I was digging in the archives of It's Hapopening last night and I came across it again. I remember it when it was first posted last year. At the time, it must have been on someones's jihadi website or it was an attachment to an Arabic message. It could be entirely innocent, I suppose.
