Also, one has to be licensed with the FCC to use Ham Radio Frequencies (although I guess people could 'fake it' with a false call sign). You can look up call signs on QRZ.com, to get names of those licensed. I don't know if there is a search engine on QRZ to pull up a specific name (like Mohammed).
