Yes, I am a Christian and am disturbed at how John Kerry, a practicing (?) Catholic, could sit through Whoopi's diatribe laughing. This is Christianlike? God bless you too, my friend.

Kerry's about as "practicing" as my cat. In fact, probably less so, because to my knowledge, the cat is not pro-abortion.

He's a Kennedy Catholic, that's how. Anyone else would have been mortified at being associated with that display. Not to mention concerned at how this is going to be viewed in "flyover country.

Kerry is what is called a cafeteria Catholic. Have you not heard that term before? It's a pretty appropriate one for a thread about food. LOL!

Many of us Christians--including myself--laugh at things that later we realize were not really funny but were demeaning and sinful. But from the description of Whoopi's performance, I not only would not have laughed, but would have walked out the door!!
