I'm very surprised that any obsetrician would let the 50 yr. old wife of a malpractice lawyer into his office, much less monitor such a high-risk pregnancy and delivery. Again, this is not about the children. It's about rich baby-boomers getting what they want.

If the doc was smart, he had HIS lawyer write up a complete release and waiver before he let her in the door.
