Kerry said his 51-year-old running mate, who is nine years his junior, is "a man."

His wife is 54, right?

How old are his youngest kids? Not saying anything. Just curious about modern marital and parental configurations.

(In fact, the administration's practice is to let reporters into all fund-raisers except those in private residences. While reporters were invited to the Kerry concert, they were forbidden from recording.)

Kudos to the Globe for reporting this fact. The NY Daily News failed to follow suit.

Kerry's camp also cried hypocrisy over the Cheney "f--- yourself" "flap." Sorry, Johnny. A private exchange accidentally overheard is not the same as this ugly public display. And this fundraiser, as has been noted, is what Kerry had time for after stating he didn't have time for a national security briefing.

"Kerry camp on defensive." Beautiful words. The Johns need to be kept on the defensive.

"While reporters were invited to the Kerry concert, they were forbidden from recording..."

Gives you some sense that we're probably only hearing a small percentage of what was actually said, since most reporters aren't going to reveal anything that might hurt their guy. Besides, the media share the same "values" of Kerry - potty-mouthed hatred.

Certainly, after we have been subjected to the graphic images of Berg, and Johnson, we won't cringe at the video of the "Hatefest" .

Some of the American people wish to see the reality of just where the Democrat Party resides, and what their made of. (like most of us don't already know)

Bring it on!

Well, we see that Mr. Kerry has soiled his britches again. It is understandable that he doesn't want to take them off to show the world; however, the noise may have been sufficiently loud and the smell so bad that he doesn't have to.

because we think Americans want real solutions for real problems."

Then why didn't you stay in washington, you moron. I guess terrorism isn't real.

This guy is so disconnected from any human reality. Maybe he's a robot planted by the NVA.

"Kerry...told the audience that the performers 'conveyed the heart and soul of our country.'" "He sees hate and vitriol as America's heart and soul."

"Some of the words were ones I would not have used."

Better get used to them, Teresa. You're a Democrat now.

"We think Americans want real solutions for real problems."

Well, Kerry got one thing right--"a clock that's not working etc. etc." And the solution to this real problem is to vote these worthless, soulless, decadent, immoral Democrats into early retirement.

Oh, I hope they keep this kind of thing up.

They may as well wrap up the election in pretty paper and hand it to Bush if they keep up with things like this.

Works for me.

The premise of this article: that the Kerry camp is,or ever would be "on the defensive" about poisonous campaign rhetoric,is just plain silly.

No matter how bad the utterances were, they pale to insignificance beside the TRULY vicious stuff put on the net by people who believe Michael Moore is their very own avenging angel.

If you think the Kerry campaign does NOT do a little dance of joy every time it sees one of these attacks-no matter how crude, crass,or illiterate.........

"Teresa Heinz Kerry, told reporters...that "some of the words were ones I would not have used."

Even Ter-ray-za, that notorious loose cannon wouldn't use the language Whoopie, et al, used! This whole sorry episode reminds me of my favorite freeper tagline: I cried because I had no shoes, until I met a man who had no class.

Great post kattracks, I can barely believe this was in the Boston Globe. It really shows Kerry & Co. for the classless, clueless, fools they are.

"Tad Devine, a top Kerry communications strategist, grew animated when asked whether the campaign would release a tape of the event, as the Bush-Cheney committee requested."

This is a perfect opportunity for old Hillry to make some fast money and expose the ugly of John & John.

John: “John”
John: “yes John”
John: “You know this ‘heart and soul’ thing I said the other night? ”
John: “yes John”
John: “I have a cunning plan”
John: “John?”
John: “I’m going to say that what I really said was I was shocked and horrified and these people represent the ‘a**hole’ of America…”
John: “Eh? ”
John: “you see it kinda rhymes…. I’m a musician you see..as well as serving in Vietnam ..and we have already gottin’ their money.. ”
John: “John”
John: “yes John”
John: “I think you might want to run this one passed our PR people first.. ”

"Kerry attended the concert despite saying earlier on CNN's "Larry King Live" that he had not had enough time to get an intelligence briefing."

And this is a message we need to get out! Kerry wants all the privileges of the presidency without the responsibilities....just like his RAT predecessor.

Look at how slickly dishonest the DNC/Boston Globe reporters and editors are-

"Kerry said his 51-year-old running mate, who is nine years his junior, is "a man."

The actual kerry quote is- "I have a man, Whoopi!"

What nasty pieces of work are these liberal activists posing as journalists. These enablers of billionaire socialists.

Thank God for the internet and it's ability to force these liars' hands.

I heard a little bit of Err America. Comedienne Carfullofawfulstuff (sp?) made fun of Republican "whining" about the Kerry show. The American people will reject the Republicans' complaints and embrace the people's fundraiser she felt. (Sure. Multimillionaire freaks performing for $2,000-a-ticket numbskulls.)

After a male voice (co-host?) made an offhand comment about the casualties in Iraq she had to caution the speaker not to make humor of the U.S. military deaths (save it until they're off the air, I guess). Then she began to whine about how "nasty" Dennis Miller is toward Democrats -- her subconscious made the juxtaposition to the Kerry show but her feeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings didn't get it. Republicans are just too mean, you see.

"It is a great example of John Kerry's priorities that on the day he said he did not have time to receive his intelligence briefing on threats to America, he found time to attend a Hollywood fund-raiser, filled with enough hate and vitriol to make Michael Moore blush," Bush-Cheney campaign spokesman Steve Schmidt said.

Repeat early and often.
