Exactly! Heck, wasn't Clinton the one who personally set up the Indian deal which was one of the biggest mistakes in Enron's history? Lay was on numerous Commerce Department travels with the CLinton administration, as he was also on his Council of Economic Advisors...working for passage of Kyoto, were Enron could've made big bucks.
I also seem to recall a story about Clinton's ex-Treasurer...Rubin, who after joining Citigroup, actually called the Bush administration to get them to artificially inflate Enron's credit rating so they could continue to barrow against their already declining credit. This should've been a big story...as should the fact that none of Clinton's people adhered to his own EO ordering them to stay away from lobbying for 5 years.

Guys, Enron was a big company. They had dealings with many many political figures. Bush, Clinton, etc. It's a non-issue. Let it die.

Clinton canceled that 5-year wait time (for former govt officials to NOT become influence peddlers) just before HIS democrats left the White House.
Of course, just when the former Bush-41 staff were leaving, Clinton CREATED that same Federal regulation so the Bush team COULD NOT get employment in DC lobbying the administration!

IIRC, it was Clinton's money man - Ron Brown - that set up the Indian deal. He handled most of Clinton's dirty work.
If he hadn't died in that plane crash in the Balkans it is interesting to ponder what would have come out of his pending indictment...
