WASHINGTON, DC -- Bush-Cheney '04 Campaign Manager Ken Mehlman issued the following statement on John Kerry's fundraiser last night.
"We have seen John Kerry take two positions on the most important issues facing our country. Now we see him take two sets of positions on his own values.
"If John Kerry is going to praise last night's star-studded hate fest, and characterize it as the 'heart and soul' of America, he should share these values with voters everywhere.
"We call on Kerry to release the video of this event so that all Americans can see what John Kerry has called America's 'heart and soul.'"

This is rich -- this kills two birds with one stone:
1) Destroy's Hollywood's credibility and, therefore, minimizes their impact
2) Shines a bright light on the vitriol spewing from the Democrats.
I LOVE this line of attack -- wait quietly for an opening and, when it comes, NAIL it!
He makes Bob Dole seem exciting and politically astute.
The sad part is, we can't revel in the fact that they will emigrate after the dawning of November 3rd.
Though they promise, they will stay and weep.

oh...and in a related item, John Kerry said he would have released the tape if he had the time to release it, but he has just been too busy.
I hope somebody has video of that remark. You can bet the Bush campaign has a copy of it by now.

The Bush campaign should make one or two TV ads about this. They should show Whoopi Goldberg and Chevi Chase calling the President names and then at the same time show Kerry and Edwards laughing about it. Then at the end of the commercial show Kerry making the dumbest statemt like "it was an honor to attend" and Edwards making another statement that this left wing liberal gala represents American values.
If his boys get in and the war comes to our shores, he can kiss his little pink house good bye.

Just release the video tape unedited to the public. It will be quite edifying. If the Democrats object, remind them they consider pornography protected speech and should have nothing to worry about.
Last night he told Larry King he didn't need to see Moore's movie F7/11, that he had lived it.
What the hell does that mean? That he has direct proof of all Moore's assertions? Bring it on!
