I really question this guy's judgment.

Plus, there is the issue of his other employees- these kids are not qualified to drive bulldozers and backhoes. There's a very good chance that they'll squash another employee or a bystander.

You know, even if the government wasn't involved in this, I would shun this guy for insanely poor judgment. He gives a bad name to all Christians when he tries to hid behind a bible as a shield to his poor actions.

What type of protective gear does one need to operate a backhoe or a dozer? A pair of boots? How would this be any different than working on the family farm?
